Big Sky Brands ships premium mints and candies across North America from our facility in Toronto, Ontario.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Canada

Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD
$20 CAD flat rate on orders under $50 CAD
Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days

United States

Free shipping on orders over $50 USD
$20 USD flat rate on orders under $50 USD
Estimated delivery: up to 10 business days

Remote Regions

$60 flat rate on all orders, regardless of order value
Delivery times may be extended

Free shipping and standard flat rates apply to the continental United States and Canada. Orders shipping to remote regions are charged a $60 flat rate and are not eligible for free shipping.

Remote regions include Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, along with rural and remote areas of British Columbia and Alberta. In the United States, remote regions include Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Remote region status is determined by postal code at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our site.

Customs & Duties (US Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. boxes via standard shipping only. Express shipping requires a physical street address.
